About Me & My Philosophy

There are moments in life when we look around and quietly wonder how we arrived where we are. For me, that moment came when the many roles I was carrying began to feel out of sync with one another. I was a mother, a caregiver, a counselor, a friend, and a daughter. Each role mattered deeply, yet together they left little space for me to hear my own voice.

Choosing to pause and take a self-care sabbatical was not just a professional decision. It was an act of reclaiming myself. That season gave me clarity not only about who I am, but about how I want to live, lead, and show up for others.

My approach to coaching is rooted in this lived experience. I do not see people as a single identity or season. I see whole humans shaped by the roles they carry, the losses they have known, the responsibilities they hold, and the transitions they are navigating. I understand what it means to carry many things at once and to wonder who you are beneath it all.

Through Becoming Through Coaching, I create space for reflection, reconnection, and alignment. This work is not about removing roles or striving to become someone new. It is about gently understanding the roles you carry, how they have shaped you, and how to stay connected to yourself within them.

Below, you will find the roles I carry. Not as titles or achievements, but as lived experiences that inform how I listen, how I hold space, and how I coach.
